Set out below are the terms on which Beyond Beauty provides service to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatment.

1. Appointments and cancellations

All treatments require a compulsory consultation. However, this is conducted before the first treatment and recorded on your secure information card. For eyelash extension, tinting and eyebrow tinting a patch test is required at least 48 hours in advance. It is recommended that you book this compulsory consultation prior to your treatment to make sure that the treatment is suitable for you.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us immediately on 01245 830093. We will need to know that you wish to cancel 24 hours before your appointment is due. Failure to cancel or rearrange 24 hours before your appointment may result in a charge for the treatment. In the case of a prepaid course of treatment, you may lose one treatment credit from your purchased package.

Please arrive for your appointment at least 5 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. Beyond Beauty will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.

Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guide lines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.

Any client who requires treatment and brings a child with them must also be accompanied by another adult to chaperone the child whilst the client is being treated. Failure to bring an adult chaperone with any child will result in the treatment being cancelled and loss and may incur a charge for the appointment time. No children under the age of 16 years must be left unattended within the clinic at any time.

2. Credit card details, deposits and payments

Our credit card payments are processed in line with the PCI DSS security guidelines.
To secure an appointment with Beyond Beauty during peak periods (e.g. Christmas) a deposit may be required.
Beyond Beauty does not offer any refunds for treatments or products.

3. Treatment suitability

At Beyond Beauty, we will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you via consultation, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, our therapist will inform you as to the reasons why.

4. Liability

Beyond Beauty will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that he or she provide Beyond Beauty with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Beyond Beauty will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client's failure to disclose such details.

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Beyond Beauty regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Beyond Beauty's liability for death or any personal injury resulting from Beyond Beauty negligence.

5. Your right to complain

Beyond Beauty endeavours to treat all its clients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. If, however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment at Beyond Beauty, you are entitled to lodge a complaint, either verbally, by telephone or in writing. If you require assistance with making your complaint, Beyond Beauty will be pleased to help.

6. Discounts, offers, and packages

Periodically new offers and discounts will become available. Unless otherwise specified these will be available for that month only. Any specific client discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

All offers are subject to full consultation and patient suitability for treatment.
Beyond Beauty reserves the right to withdraw any offer at any time.
No rewards, offers or discounts are offered on the purchase or redemption of a voucher.

7. Refer a friend

If you refer a friend to Beyond Beauty, as a thank you, get 50% of the value of their first treatment off your next appointment.
Restrictions apply - Appointments for this offer cannot be made for prime times (evenings and weekends).
Beyond Beauty reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

8. Data privacy

We will not and do not supply any of your details to any third party at all. The privacy of your personal information is very important to us. From time to time we may send you e-mail notifications of new arrivals or promotions from Beyond Beauty. In all e-mails you will be given the option to be removed from our mailing list, which will mean removal of your details from our mailing list. You will not be sent future correspondence unless you request to be added to our mailing list at a later date. Beyond Beauty will not pass on any of your details to third parties unless required to do so as part of the order verification process or if required to do so by UK governing law. Online Shop Terms & Conditions

A. Shipping & Delivery

Once you have completed your order, we aim to despatch your package as swiftly as possible. Our shipping services are based on spend and are listed in full below. Please note that we cannot ship to PO box addresses and due to safety restrictions we cannot ship outside of the UK. When placing an order for multiple items, be aware that this will be dispatched in one package. Therefore, if your order contains an item that is is listed as "pre-order" it will be dispatched once the pre-order item is in stock - the dispatch date will be based on the last item to arrive. If you want to avoid this, please place separate orders for your pre-order items.
Please allow up to 3 - 5 days for delivery. Delivery costs are £2.50 for puchases up to £30, £4.99 for purchases up to £55, or free delivery for purchases over £55.

B. Returns Policy

You have 30 days from receipt of goods to notify us if you wish to exchange an item or simply return it for a full refund, less the original delivery charge and cost to return it. Items must be in original packaging and unused. A return or exchange time will be estimated at one week. If your product is faulty please contact us immediately.

C. Terms of Use

By using the Beyond Beauty website store you are agreeing to our terms of use and all the other conditions laid out in this site. If you do not want to be bound by these terms, please do not use this site. Beyond Beauty reserve the right to change its terms without notice.
